Sour Cream Potatoes

6 medium potatoes
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, melted
2 teaspoons salt

Bake or boil whole, unpeeled potatoes; cool.

Mix together melted butter, sour cream and seasoned salt. Peel and slice potatoes. Layer potatoes and sour cream mixture in baking dish, ending with sour cream mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until bubbly and top begins to brown.

Serves 6.
