Buffalo Fries

Source: Almost From Scratch

1 (28-ounce) package frozen French fries or other shaped potato
1 tablespoon butter
3 tablespoons Frank's Red Hot Sauce or other hot pepper sauce

Preheat oven according to package directions. Coat the potatoes with nonstick cooking spray and cook according to package directions (usually about 15 minutes on a baking sheet at 450 degrees F).

While potatoes are cooking, melt the butter and mix in the hot sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the potatoes and toss to coat.

Makes 6 servings.
