Luscious Potatoes

1 (2 pound) package hashed brown potatoes
2 cans cream of potato soup
1 pint sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients except cheese in large casserole; mix well. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 1 hour.
