Roasted Potatoes and Gravy

3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 to 6 medium potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
1 (12 ounce) jar chicken gravy

In large mixing bowl combine oil, pepper and sliced potatoes. Place potatoes in a single layer on a 10 x 15-inch jellyroll pan. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes.

Turn potatoes over and bake an additional 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Heat chicken gravy as directed. Serve over potatoes.
