Onion Roasted Potatoes

2 pound all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
1 envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets Onion Soup Mix

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag.

In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange potatoes; discard bag. Bake uncovered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.

Makes about 4 servings.
