Baked Portobello Mushrooms

Olive oil
Portobello mushrooms
Balsamic vinegar
Dried oregano
Salt and pepper

With olive oil, grease a baking tray large enough to hold mushrooms. Place mushrooms in pan in a single layer, gill side up. Pour over each some olive oil, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, sprinklings of dried oregano, salt and pepper. Let sit 2 to 4 hours.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (400 to 425 degrees F is okay too). Roast mushrooms about 10 minutes.
