Roasted Green Beans

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound fresh green beans, ends removed
1 medium onion, diced
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Toss together the oil, beans and onion. Place in a single layer in a large casserole dish. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until the ingredients are tender. Toss with the vinegar and season.

Serve warm.
