Cornbread Stuffing Casserole

Stuffing:
 4 to 6 cup baked corn bread
1 1/2 cup Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 tablespoon dry parsley
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon
1 1/2 cup water

To baked corn bread, add Progresso Italian bread crumbs, parsley, onion powder, chicken bouillon and water. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients and add water, tossing with fork. Place in pan or greased dish (use Pam, if possible) and bake 45 minutes.

Casserole:
Follow instructions for Stuffing recipe and add 2 cans of tuna or chicken, undrained, and mix well with 1 1/2 cups water. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix to place in greased pan or oven-proof dish and bake for 45 to 50 minutes. Salad and side dishes of kernel corn and English peas make a nice meal.

Serves 8-12.
