Apple Stuffing for Roasted Pork

1 large apple, chopped
1 cup bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small can mandarin oranges
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon celery salt

Combine the above ingredients and put in meat cavity. Secure with pins or roll and tie in meat. Cook as directed for meat. Works well in crown roast of pork or a boneless fresh ham.
