Low Fat Vegetable Soup

1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 (14.5 ounce) can zucchini with Italian-style tomato sauce
1 (14.5 ounce) can sliced carrots, drained
1 (14.5 ounce) can whole new potatoes, drained and cut into cubes
1(14.5 ounce) can low-fat or non-fat chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.

Yield: 4-6 servings
