1 low-fat graham cracker crust
4 peaches, peeled and sliced
1 small box sugar-free lemon gelatin
1 small box sugar-free cook and serve vanilla pudding
1 1/2 cups water
Arrange peaches on bottom of graham cracker crust.
Combine gelatin, pudding and water; bring to a boil. Pour over peaches and chill until set.
