1 tablespoon margarine or corn oil
1 small onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 to 3 tablespoons curry powder (or to taste)
Peel and slice the onion.
Heat oil in a saucepan. Add the onion slices and sauté for a few minutes until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup, yogurt and curry powder. Mix well and cook over very low heat until heated through. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
