8 ounces crab flakes or chunks
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sliced celery
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
6 uncut round sandwich buns
Shred the crab. Combine with mayonnaise, celery and onion. Cut top 1/3 off bun. Hollow out bun to form shell. Fill with 1/3 cup mixture. Replace top.
