Salami Reubens

8 (4- or 5- inch) slices salami
4 slices Swiss cheese
1 cup sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
4 frankfurter buns, split

On a flat surface, arrange two slices salami so that edges overlap. Repeat 3 times, using all salami. Top each pair with one slice of cheese and 1/4 cup sauerkraut. Fold edges of salami over cheese and sauerkraut. Place each bundle in a frankfurter bun. Wrap each bun in foil. Place on a baking sheet.

Bake in a 375 degree F oven about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.

Makes 4 servings.
