3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese
1/2 cup salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/2 cup half-and-half
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix together and beat until smooth. Chill.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
