Honey-Mustard Dressing

1/4 cup white wine vinegar (or vinegar of choice)
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup olive oil

Combine all ingredients, and stir to dissolve salt.

Makes one and one-half cups dressing. Keeps virtually forever in the refrigerator.
