Ranch Potato Salad

2 pounds small red potatoes
1 cup prepared Ranch dressing
Chopped chives
1/2 cup sliced scallions
Paprika
Coarsely-ground black pepper

Boil potatoes with skin on. Cut slightly-cooled potatoes into slices or cubes.

In large bowl, combine potatoes, onions and dressing. Toss gently. Dust with paprika and pepper. Garnish with chives if desired.

Serve warm or at room temperature.
