Potato Salad

4 cups quartered, unpeeled, small red potatoes
1 cup Miracle Whip
4 slices cooked bacon
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup scallions
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Spray pan with cooking spray and bake potatoes 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown, stirring once. Add potatoes to all other ingredients and mix well.
