Cherry Jubilee Salad

1 small box cherry gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Whipping cream for garnish

Combine the cherry gelatin and boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Add cold water, stirring well. Add cherry pie filling, mixing well. Chill in refrigerator until set. Garnish with whipping cream.
