1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 cup finely shredded carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup potato sticks
Combine all ingredients except the potato sticks in a small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle potato sticks over salad just before eating.
Yield: 4 servings
NOTE: if using in a lunch box, package potato sticks separately to be sprinkled on just before eating.
