Basic French Dressing2/3 cup vegetable oil Combine ingredients in jar. Cover; shake vigorously. Chill to blend flavors. Shake again before serving over sliced tomatoes, chilled cooked vegetables or tossed salads. Makes 1 cup. NOTE: For a tangier dressing, use 1/2 cup vinegar and 1/2 cup oil.
