Quick Ham Jambalaya

2 cups cubed fully cooked ham
    or two 6 3/4-ounce cans chunk-style ham, broken up
1 10-ounce can tomato with green chili peppers
1 cup quick-cooking rice
1 teaspoon chili powder

In a medium skillet combine ham, undrained tomatoes with green chili peppers, uncooked rice, chili powder, and 1/2 cup water. Cook over high heat until mixture boils. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook about 8 minutes or until all the liquid is absorbed

Makes 4 servings.
