Ranch-Style "Sour Cream"

1 cup creamed small curd cottage cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 small package Hidden Valley Ranch style dressing mix

Put ingredients in blender container; cover and process at high (blend) until smooth and creamy. Blend in 1 tablespoon Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix. If too thick, may want to add a couple of teaspoons of milk.

Yield: 1 cup.

NOTE: Basic mix can be used as base for other dips.
