1 small whole turkey or a turkey breast
Mayonnaise
With a sandwich bag on your hand, smear mayonnaise all over turkey. Cover loosely with foil. Bake 325 degrees F for 15 to 16 minutes per pound (less for breast). Remove foil near the end of cooking time to brown the bird more if necessary.
