1 dozen chicken wings
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
1/3 cup Texas Pete hot sauce
Salt
Pepper
Clean chicken wings. Place on a wire rack in a bread pan; salt and pepper to taste on both sides. Bake at 375 degrees F until done and as crisp as desired.
Melt butter or margarine. Add Texas Pete hot sauce to butter, mixing well. With a pastry brush, brush hot sauce mixture on both sides of chicken. Enjoy!
