Roasted Cornish Game Hens and Wild Rice

4 Cornish game hens
Salt and pepper
1 (7 ounce) package seasoned wild rice

Thaw Cornish game hens. Remove giblets and cook in salt water until tender.

Cook wild rice according to directions. Add cooked giblets to rice and stuff Cornish game hens which have been patted dry and coated with cooking oil and salt and pepper added to cavities. Place in a cooking bag (10 x 16 inches) in a 9-inch square pan. Place Cornish game hens in bag. Add 1/2 cup of broth from giblets. Close bag with tie. Bake as per instructions on cooking bag box.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
