Potato Chip Chicken Fingers

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Bag of potato chips (any flavor)
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

Cut chicken into strips or nuggets (whatever you prefer). Open one end of chip bag, use rolling pin to crush chips in bag (kids love to do this part). Mix milk and egg together in a bowl. Dip chicken pieces into the egg/milk mixture and drop into chip bag. Shake bag to coat chicken well. The bag should do to cover all pieces of the chicken. If not, crush a few extra chips for those pieces that don't make it. Bake on tray for 12- 15 minutes at 450 degrees F. Turn once halfway through baking. Use your favorite sauces for dipping
