Onion Wine Chicken

Skillet cooked chicken flavored with white wine, onions, and garlic.

2-3 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 1/2 cups any white cooking wine
1 onion
1/2 bulb garlic
Italian seasoning
Salt
Pepper

Mix wine, finely chopped garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Marinate chicken as long as desired. Place mixture in a skillet along with the onions and cook on medium heat until chicken is done.
