1 package small wings and drums
3 cups soy sauce
3/4 cup rice vinegar
3 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
Fresh grated ginger
Put wings and drums in large bowl. Put in all ingredients and cover bowl with plastic wrap. Put in fridge and leave overnight. Place chicken on a broiling pan and broil for about 6 minutes on each side. Serve with white rice.
