Crunchy Ranch Chicken Tenders

2 cups crushed cornflakes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/3 cup lite Ranch dressing
1 teaspoon water
1 pound boneless chicken tenders

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly spray a sheet pan; set aside.

In a small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and parsley.

In a separate bowl, combine Ranch dressing and water. Dip the chicken into dressing, then into corn flakes, coating well. Arrange chicken on sheet pan. Lightly spray the top of the chicken with nonstick spray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
