Creamed Chicken

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup Bisquick
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
Pepper to taste
Poultry seasoning to taste

Melt butter. Remove from heat. Blend in Bisquick and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boil over low heat, stirring constantly. Boil one minute. Stir in chicken. Season to taste with pepper and poultry seasoning. Heat until chicken is hot.

Great served over biscuits.
