Country Herb Roasted Chicken

3 pounds chicken, cut up
1 package Lipton Herb with Garlic Soup Mix
1/8 cup water
1 tablespoon oil

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Arrange chicken in a a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; brush on chicken. Bake 1 hour or until chicken is done.
