1 beef brisket
1 large onion
1 bottle chili sauce
Use a slow cooker or roasting pan. Put brisket into cooking container.
Slice onion and place on top of meat. Pour chili sauce over meat, then fill bottle with water and pour over meat. Cook all day in crockpot, until meat is done.
If using the oven, place meat and sauce in foil before placing in roasting pan. Bake overnight at 200 degrees F.
