1 pound green beans, cooked until just tender
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup diced ham
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon grated black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cover bottom of small frying pan with olive oil. Add garlic. Sauté briefly. Add tomatoes, ham salt, pepper and beans. Simmer for about 10 minutes until tomatoes have given up some of their moisture. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese over top and serve.
