2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
4 large red-skinned potatoes, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
3/4 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
3/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
Chopped fresh parsley
In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add potatoes, onion, garlic powder with parsley, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and sugar. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
