1 bunch broccoli (about 2 pounds) or 1 small head
cauliflower or two 10 ounce frozen packages of either vegetable
1 (11 ounce) can Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Cook vegetable; drain. Place in shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2 inches). Stir soup; blend in milk; pour over vegetables. Top with crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or until hot. Garnish with bacon before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
