Crispy Chicken Sandwich

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pouch Shake 'n' Bake Chicken Coating
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
4 tablespoons Grey Poupon mustard
French bread
Lettuce
Tomato

Mix as directed on package. Bake on foiled-lined baking sheet at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese using 2 tablespoons per chicken breast and bake an additional 2 minutes until cheese melts.

Spread 4 split French bread rolls with 1 tablespoon Grey Poupon mustard each. Add cooked chicken, lettuce and tomato.

Makes 4 servings.
