Dutch Apple Cobbler

14 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Toss together, and place mixture in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

Topping
1 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup butter

Cut together until crumbly. Sprinkle topping on apples. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 1 hour or until top begins to turn slightly golden.
