Chocolate Chess Pie

1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 unbaked pie shell

Blend together butter or margarine, eggs, cocoa, sugar, milk and vanilla extract with a hand mixer until smooth. Pour filling into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes, or until set. Let cool before slicing.
