Vodka RigatoniSource: Jan Taylor 1 pound pasta Brown prosciutto and tomatoes sauce (or crushed). Add vodka heat to a boil simmer 2-3 minutes lower heat and add cream - simmer until all mixed. Cook pasta. Drain, but do not rinse, Place pasta back into pan. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over pasta. Pour heated sauce over pasta. ENJOY! |
