Vodka Rigatoni

1 pound pasta
1 cup crushed tomatoes
1/4 pound prosciutto
1 cup vodka
1 cup cream
1/2 cup Parmesan

Brown prosciutto and tomatoes sauce (or crushed). Add vodka heat to a boil simmer 2-3 minutes lower heat and add cream - simmer until all mixed.

Cook pasta. Drain, but do not rinse, Place pasta back into pan. Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese over pasta. Pour heated sauce over pasta.
