Penne with Vodka SauceSource: Jan Taylor 1 medium clove garlic Heat oil over medium heat in saucepan, add crushed garlic; sauté 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper; add red pepper flakes and blend. Cook pasta and drain. Add pasta and parsley to tomato sauce; add vodka and mix very well. Raise heat; sauté for 1 minute while stirring pasta vigorously. Add cream and mix for 30 seconds to allow cream to absorb; sprinkle with Locatelli cheese and serve. ENJOY! |
