Penne with Cherry Tomatoes, Provolone and BroccoliSource: Jan Taylor Weight Watchers Recipe - 7 points 1/2 pound penne Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions, adding the broccoli to the pot during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until lightly golden, about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and cook until the skins begin to blister slightly, about 1 minute. Add the pasta and broccoli, salt and pepper, cook 2 minutes longer to heat through. Transfer to a large bowl; stir in the cheeses. This is a weight watchers recipe for 7 points per serving. This makes 4 servings. ENJOY! |
