Fried RiceSource: Jan Taylor 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper or 1 small In skillet coated with nonstick spray, sauté green pepper until crisp/tender. Add egg substitute and stir until egg is completely set. Chop egg into small pieces. Add rice and soy sauce and heat through. Makes 9 servings. ENJOY! |
