Fried RiceSource: Jan Taylor 1/4 cup oil Heat oil until lit starts to sizzle; add both kinds of onion and sauté for 1 minute. Add cooked rice, chicken, pork, whatever; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until rice turns light brown. Add egg, peas, soy sauce. Serve hot. I do not recommend using Minute Rice with this dish. Makes one really large serving. ENJOY! |
