1 large slab spareribs
1 can hoisin sauce
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup cooking sherry
Mix all ingredients together and marinate 12 to 24 hours. Turn after 1/2 the time.
Bake in sauce in oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees F, then 15 minutes at 300 degrees F. Cook on grill 5 minutes on each side.
