BBQ Pork Steaks Source: Jan Taylor 4 pork blade steaks, cut 1 to 1 1/4 inches thick Pound steaks with meat mallet. For sauce, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; mix well. Place steaks on grill abut 4 inches along medium-slow coals. Cook about 8 minutes on each side. Brush steak with sauce and continue cooking 5 minutes more, turning and brushing with sauce. Makes 4 servings. |
