Hershey's Chocolate Berry ParfaitsSource: Jan Taylor 1 cup granulated sugar Stir together sugar, cocoa, cornstarch and salt in heavy saucepan; stir in milk and egg yolks. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir 1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla extract. Cool. Drain strawberries; in blender, puree to equal 1/2 cup. In small mixer bowl, beat whipping cream and confectioenrs' sugar until stiff; fold in strawberry puree. In parfait or wine glasses, alternately layer chocolate pudding and strawberry cream, ending with chocolate. Cover; refrigerate until set. Makes 8-10 servings. ENJOY! |
