Crockpot Rump Roast

1 rump roast or round roast
Water
3 bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper
Onion

Fill about 1 inch water in crockpot, put in bouillon cubes and let dissolve. Put in roast Fill water 1/2 way up meant Add onion. Cook on LOW for 8-10 hours. Halfway through, flip roast over.

Use juices to make gravy (drain first).
