Cool Whip Cookies

1 container thawed Cool Whip
1 (18.25 ounce) box cake mix (any flavor)
1 egg
Powdered sugar

Mix the egg, Cool Whip and cake mix together. Roll spoonsful of the batter into the sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F for around 10-15 minutes or till lightly brown.
