Chocolate Pecan Cheesecake Bars

Crust
1 package Pillsbury Plus Dark Chocolate Cake Mix
1/2 cup softened butter/margarine
1 egg
3/4 cup chopped pecans

Filling
1 (8 ounce) package softened cream cheese
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, butter and egg. Mix at low speed until combined. Stir in pecans. Reserve 1 cup of mixture for topping and set aside. Press remaining mixture evenly in bottom of greased pan.

Beat cream cheese in medium bowl until fluffy. Add remaining filling ingredients and beat at medium speed until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle reserved topping evenly over filling.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes or until center is puffed and edges are lightly browned. Cool completely. Cut into 36 bars. Store in refrigerator. May be frozen if not eaten soon or made ahead of time.
